Cookie Policy
This page explains how the website www.skalenda.me (the “Site”) uses cookies and similar technologies, in line with the guidelines of the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante) of 10 June 2021.
In short
The Site sets no profiling, marketing or analytics cookies. We do not track you, we do not build profiles of your interests and we do not share data with advertising networks. That is why you will not see a consent banner: under the Garante’s guidelines, prior consent is required only for non-technical cookies, which we do not use.
What cookies are
Cookies are small text files that websites save on the user’s device during browsing. They fall mainly into:
- technical cookies, needed to make the site work or to deliver a service the user has requested; these require no consent;
- profiling and tracking cookies, used to analyse behaviour and show personalised advertising; these require the user’s prior consent.
Cookies used by the Site
The Site is built as a static site and, during normal browsing of the public pages, sets no profiling cookies of its own and no analytics tools.
Third-party content
The only content that may set cookies is the Kalendo demo preview, our own booking platform, part of the Kamzan ecosystem (domain jinni.studio), embedded on the Contact page. Although it is operated by the same company, Jinni S.r.l., it is served from a separate domain and is therefore treated here as content external to the Site.
This preview is not loaded automatically: it activates only when you press the “Demo” button. Only then, and by your explicit choice, may the Kalendo service (domain jinni.studio) set the technical cookies needed for its own operation, such as a session token. If you do not open the demo, no third-party cookies are set.
For details on the processing carried out by that service, see the Kamzan Cookie Policy and its Privacy Policy (Kamzan is a trademark of Jinni S.r.l.).
How to manage cookies
You can block or delete cookies at any time from your browser settings. The support pages of the main browsers explain how:
- Google Chrome
- Mozilla Firefox
- Apple Safari
- Microsoft Edge
Blocking the technical cookies of a third-party service (such as the demo) may prevent it from working correctly, but does not affect your use of the rest of the Site.
Processing of personal data
For how we process the personal data you provide, for example through the contact form, see the Privacy Policy.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Cookie Policy if the Site’s content or the third-party services used change. The current version is the one published on this page, with the last-updated date shown at the top.
