What counts as a "resource"?
A resource is any bookable item: a meeting room, a desk, a parking space or a vehicle. A desk is one workstation, no matter how many seats it has: a 6-seat table is a single resource. Equipment and users don’t count — they’re always included and unlimited.
How does per-resource pricing work?
Every resource costs €7 per month, the same for everyone: no tiers, no hidden costs. Choose annual billing and you get a flat 25% discount (€5,25 per resource per month). You see the total in real time in the configurator. Beyond 50 resources we put together a tailored quote.
Can I pay monthly?
Yes, from 5 resources up. With 3 or 4 resources billing is annual only (with a 25% discount); from 5 resources up you choose whether to pay monthly at €7 per resource or annually with the discount. You can change at any time: immediate upgrade, downgrade at the end of the cycle.
Do AI analytics send my data out?
No. AI analytics work with your own API key (Claude, ChatGPT/OpenAI, Anthropic, DeepSeek): requests come from your account and your data stays yours. No data leaves to us or unauthorised third parties.
How does billing work?
In euros. The prices shown are VAT-excluded; statutory VAT is added on the invoice. The base amount is the cost of a single resource multiplied by the number of active resources: €7 per month per resource with monthly billing, or €5.25 per month per resource (−25%) with annual billing. You receive a single invoice — monthly or annual, as you choose — always billed to your company.
